eArray – Custom Microarray Design Application

Design a custom microarray, at anytime, from anywhere using eArray. Agilent's free online array design tool harnesses the flexibility of Agilent’s in situ SurePrint™ technology to create microarrays for specific research needs. With eArray, users are able to select content from Agilent’s gene expression, CGH and ChIP probe databases, upload their own probes, as well as design new probes to target sequences. eArray provides a secure platform for building and sharing microarray design information with collaborators. All eArray design files are compatible with Agilent’s Feature Extraction software, in addition to data analysis software such as GeneSpring, and DNA Analytics. Custom microarrays support multiple applications and formats to maximize user flexibility.
